1. Pre-Sale

All items purchased during pre-sale periods will be shipped only after the pre-order phase has officially ended.

2. Regular Orders

For items in stock (outside of pre-orders), orders are processed and shipped within:

3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination:

  • Portugal: typically 3 to 7 business days
  • Europe: typically 3 to 7 business days

(Delivery time starts after the order has been shipped.)

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
